We are thrilled to officially open our facility soon. It has been a long time vision of ours to one day support young athletes through top-tier training and injury prevention. Our space is thoughtfully designed with modern features, including Bluetooth-enabled facial recognition door access, allowing our members to train during extended hours. The gym is outfitted with a brand-new turf track and state-of-the-art equipment to meet the highest standards in athletic performance. Our skilled physical therapists are also equipped with the latest technology to aid in both injury prevention and recovery, ensuring our athletes stay healthy and strong.

Our Services

Sport Performance

We offer performance analysis, 1 on 1, and semi-private training depending on your personal needs. Our specialty is sport performance testing, providing a baseline and ongoing feedback to enhance your in-game abilities.

Wellness & Recovery

We use cutting-edge technology and evidence-based wellness sessions to prevent injuries and enhance athlete recovery. One session per month included in our membership.

*Option to add on sessions as needed throughout season.

Physical Therapy

We provide injury prevention as well as rehabilitation. We specialize in various diagnosis from orthopedic injuries to neurologic injuries. Our treatment options include myofascial decompression (cupping), blood flow restriction cuff training, soft tissue/joint mobilizations, personalized exercise programs, and more. For those who have current injuries and would like to return to sport or activity.

Membership

Gain exclusive gym access (limited availability), receive expert guidance from our sport performance coaches and on-site physical therapists & access workshops on enlightening topics such as mental toughness & injury prevention.

Includes 1x/month recovery and wellness session with our Physical Therapists to prevent injuries.
